Colour Palette- Grey, black, navy, white, pink
Garment shapes- full length sleeves, cropped tops and trousers, oversized shapeless jumpers, oversized shapeless dresses.
Length- above the knee
Textiles Techniques- screen process, embellishment, Devore, trims, beading, introducing construction to add surface depth and texture , dip dyed, pleats.
Fabric- cotton, silk, jersey, sheer
Key details- embroidered lace trims, geometric and tribal motifs, images printed onto surface in black and white contrast. repeated pattern.
Looks-1 Devore silk long sleeve dress with symmetrical motif that is floral yet tribal, heavily embellished in the same colour way. 2 cap sleeve sheer embellished top with flared sheer trousers. 3 long sleeve, round neck dress with symmetrical gathers decorative panels. 4 tribal motif with lace trims and embellished detailing, 5 symmetrical tribal print with lace dip dyed trim, embellished waist band and neck line. 6, oversized curved hem dress with sheer panel and round neck line.

How it would work in my collection- As I am looking at Gothic Architecture as well as using shibori it would be interesting to collide Gothic and ethnical to create an un easy contrast through out my collection. This collection has gave me inspiration on how to create an equal balance between. using trims and motifs in which can interchange between Gothic geometric motifs. In order to enthuses this I will experiment with motifs and various colour ways, colliding them with my shibori samples.
