Valentino

I have recently visited the Valentino exhibition, loved being able to get up close and personal with the actual garments on the red carpet runway. Beautiful use of decorative couture detailing and finishing. This has defiantly inspired me to think about couture detailing in which I can introduce into my Final collection especially the use of embellishment on simple garment shapes. 

As well as being able to see the garments with in touching reach, I found it particularly interesting to see the making processes of the couture techniques. It especially makes you appreciate the garment if possible more.
